The Crossed Out Twice green Band Edition was produced in a limited edition of 79 copies for band members. Each copy is numbered with a green sticker on the back plastic sleeve and again on a special card signed by Pushead. In addition to the logo on the front cover being green, the CD is the blue and white Fan Club edition and comes in a green sleeve. This edition also comes with an opaque blue version of the Uncontrollable Proof 5". The live pic inserts with this version are the same as the orange version.
