The Crossed Out Twice blue Fan Club Edition was available in a limited edition of 365 copies exclusively to Fan Club members. Each copy is numbered with a blue sticker on the back plastic sleeve and again on a special card signed by Pushead. In addition to the logo on the front cover being blue, the CD is blue and white and comes in a blue sleeve. This edition also comes with an opaque blue version of the Uncontrollable Proof 5". The live pic inserts with this version have the same live photos as the orange version. The 1st 80 copies come on a clear acetate - the rest come on the same paper as the orange version.
